Shipping
We currently offer shipping to customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only.

Our standard delivery time is 3-7 working days for all items in stock via DPD.

You will receive another email with a tracking link from "Beerhunter" once a parcel has been handed over to DPD.

Free delivery on all orders over £30, otherwise it's £5.95 per order.

We currently do not offer international shipment to any other countries as a result of Brexit. We hope to resume international delivery again soon.

Returns

If you have any issues with your order or would like to return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery, please email shop@drinkinghelps.co.uk for advice on next steps. Following the return of items in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your order back.

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them. Unfortunately, we can only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order. Should this be the case, please contact us and we will do our best to make it up to you.

In case of goods being returned to us because of a failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address provided, nobody available to accept the goods), we unfortunately need to deduct a return handling fee of £10 per parcel from your refund, which we are charged for ourselves by DPD.
