Questions About Us?
What makes Lemonaid & ChariTea different from other soft drinks?
Our ingredients are 100% organic, and Fairtrade Certified. This means we support sustainable farming practices, ensuring that everyone along our supply chain is paid a fair wage for their work. What's more, 5p from each bottle sold supports the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, which funds social projects in the growing regions. To date, with your help, we've raised over £7 million in support of some of the most economically disadvantaged regions in the Global South. Want to know more about how #drinkinghelps? Visit here.
Are you properly organic?
Yes - all of our raw materials come from organic certified farms. Every last drop and grain. That’s why we proudly display the official EU organic certification. Some of our ingredients are even Demeter biodynamic certified, for example, our blood orange juice.
And exactly how fair are your drinks?
We source our ingredients from small farmers around the world. Some of the cooperatives bear the official FLO Fairtrade seal, while others are still in the certification process. Not only are all of these farming projects ecologically sustainable, but also engage in sustainable social practices too. This means that the cultivators of our ingredients receive a better price for their products, in turn enabling them to strategise long-term and live well off their land. What's more, we regularly travel to the growing regions to see first-hand how things are going.
Are your products vegan?
Yes - all of our soft drinks are officially certified by the Vegan Society, except ChariTea green (which contains honey). They contain nothing but the finest organic materials, with nothing artificial added. We also don’t use any animal products to filter our drinks, unlike other brands.
Is your brand part of a global drinks corporation?
No - Lemonaid was founded as an independent project between friends and has continued that way ever since. We came into existence to contribute to a fairer world while also addressing the absence of genuinely delicious soft drinks on the market. Today, a few more people work at our little company, ensuring our drinks arrive soundly in your hands.
Where can I find Lemonaid & ChariTea?

How can I support your project?

There may be cafes, bars or delis in your area that don't yet know about us... do them a favour and give them a nudge. Finally, sign up to our mailing list below and follow us on Instagram. Now you can keep up with the latest happenings at Lemonaid & ChariTea.
Can I work for you?
Sure! There is plenty of work to do in our company. You will find our current job offers here. General enquiries can be sent to jobs@lemon-aid.com.
'Contains traces of fat, saturated fat, protein and salt' - what's that all about?
Fat, protein and salt occur naturally in tiny amounts in the various fruits (for example, in the oil from their peel). As these fats are saturated fats, the law requires us to mention them specifically, however the amounts in question aren’t relevant from a nutritional point of view. That’s why they aren’t mentioned in the nutritional charts.
