National Account Manager Wholesale & Foodservice

Type: Full-Time (40 hr/week) | Location: Hybrid - A mix of being in the field, nationwide account visits, and in our London office

We’re looking for someone to take the lead on building brand love and driving sales across our wholesale, foodservice and QSR partners – especially contract caterers, workplace providers, and national wholesalers. This role blends account management, trade activation, and new business development, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and getting stuck in. You’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key accounts, unlocking new listings, and executing events that drive real volume – from depot days and trade shows to customer tastings and training sessions. You’ll also have one direct report while working closely with our Head of Sales, who will support your growth through a tailored professional development plan that includes internal and external training opportunities and direct coaching on areas such as P&L ownership and reporting

Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together we’ve raised over £10 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time. You can learn more about our journey and the Foundation’s work hereAnd it’s not just words - every year, we pack our bags and visit our growers and project partners, like the Heiveld Cooperative in South Africa, to see the impact first-hand. What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement.

Today, our team of 130 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, eleven of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights. We’re already stocked in over 4,000 accounts across the UK and are about to take our next big step by launching into retail this Winter. With growth as our top priority, we’re focused on winning new accounts, expanding within existing customers, and exploring new channels and formats.
