Commercial Operations Coordinator

Type: Full-Time (40 hr/week) | Location: Office-based in Shoreditch, London

Social Enterprise drinks brand Lemonaid & ChariTea is looking for a full-time Commercial Operations Coordinator and all-round multitasking superstar.

Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together we’ve raised over £10 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time. You can learn more about our journey and the Foundation’s work hereAnd it’s not just words - every year, we pack our bags and visit our growers and project partners, like the Heiveld Cooperative in South Africa, to see the impact first-hand. What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement.

Today, our team of 130 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, eleven of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights. We’re already stocked in over 4,000 accounts across the UK and are about to take our next big step by launching into retail this Winter. With growth as our top priority, we’re focused on winning new accounts, expanding within existing customers, and exploring new channels and formats. We need a hands-on, highly organised team player to help make it happen.
